1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bangawin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bangawin website, mobile browser interface, and all services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By completing the account registration process on bangawin, clicking "I agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform's services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any service offered by bangawin. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms (see Section 12) constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on bangawin. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. bangawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If verified to be under 18, the account will be closed permanently and all deposits returned; any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bangawin's services are intended for use by players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. bangawin makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and hold only one (1) bangawin account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bangawin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or casino activity conducted through them, and forfeit any balances held therein. If you have inadvertently created more than one account, contact support@bangawin immediately.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other preferred payment method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false registration information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bangawin applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. bangawin reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including prior to crediting bonuses or processing large deposits.

3. Account Obligations and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bangawin account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-step verification codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password for your bangawin account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Ensure that no person under 18 years of age has access to your bangawin account or your device while it is logged in.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bangawin customer support immediately at support@bangawin if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any breach of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account.

bangawin will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment credentials via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from bangawin that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@bangawin immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bangawin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, City Bank direct transfer, and BRAC Bank direct transfer. All transactions on bangawin are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your bangawin account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within seconds.
• bangawin does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your bangawin account.
• bangawin reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if a deposit is identified as originating from an unverified or mismatched source.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal request is approved (see Section 5).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1–3 hours for bKash and Nagad; 4–12 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• bangawin reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

4.4 Player Funds

All funds deposited by players are held separately from bangawin's operational funds and are used solely for the purpose of funding player account balances and settling legitimate winning withdrawals. bangawin does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's standard transaction charges may apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bangawin offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, BPL cricket season promotions, Eid cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game-specific contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds for wagering purposes, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. bangawin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion and to decline to award a bonus if there are grounds to suspect abuse.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or used by any other person.
• bangawin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and begun wagering will not be retrospectively affected by cancellation unless fraud or breach of these Terms is involved.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on bangawin — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and card games such as Callbreak — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical cards and equipment operated by trained dealers. The outcome of each game round is independently determined and not influenced by bangawin.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and table tennis, are offered at odds that reflect a standard margin. bangawin reserves the right to:

• Suspend or remove betting markets at any time prior to settlement.
• Void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred (e.g., odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a data feed error).
• Limit bet sizes for individual markets or individual accounts where warranted by risk management considerations.
• Delay settlement of winning bets pending investigation where the integrity of the underlying sporting event is in question.

All game and betting results are final once settled by the Platform. Disputes regarding settlements must be raised with customer support within 7 days of the event in question.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bangawin. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using bangawin to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or to conceal the origin of funds.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place bets or play casino games on bangawin.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your payment provider in respect of funds that were legitimately deposited and used on bangawin. Any player initiating a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.
• Harassment: Using bangawin's live chat, support channels, or any communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse bangawin staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bangawin platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of bangawin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from bangawin.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from any content obtained through the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the bangawin website on any other website without express written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bangawin's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bangawin account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bangawin shall not be liable to you for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bangawin's reasonable control (including power outages, telecommunications failures, or natural events);
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or a bank).

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bangawin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Closure by Player

You may close your bangawin account at any time by contacting support@bangawin with a written request. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by bangawin

bangawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe;
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• The Platform ceasing to offer services in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bangawin reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bangawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bangawin will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post a notice on the Platform indicating that the Terms have been updated. The updated Terms will specify the effective date from which they apply.

Your continued use of the bangawin Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
